Why a certified SDVOSB matters to your contracting shop
The goal rose to 5%
The FY2024 NDAA raised the government-wide SDVOSB goal from 3% to 5% of prime and subcontract dollars. Agencies missing it file corrective action reports.
Self-certification ended
Since December 22, 2024, only SBA VetCert firms count toward agency goals. Our certification is current and verifiable.
Sole source is available
SDVOSB sole-source authority extends to roughly $4.5 million for services. Purchases between $10,000 and $250,000 are automatically set aside for small business.
